Any misuse of the Hawil AI platform will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Failing to disclose the use of an AI agent during voice interactions.
  • Impersonating individuals, celebrities, or public officials without authorization.
  • Using the service for scams, fraud, or spreading misinformation.
  • Harassing or abusing individuals.
  • Violating any local, state, federal, or international law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Hawil AI provides the technology platform but is not responsible for how you use it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hawil AI, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, fines, or damages arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws and these terms.

You are solely liable for the content of your campaigns, the contacts you engage in voice interactions with, and your adherence to legal requirements.

5. Agreement

By signing in and using our tool, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your actions and will use our AI agents for safe, ethical, and lawful business practices. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your service.
