Chatbot Interaction Data
When visitors interact with your business chatbot, we collect:

- AI-generated analysis (score, sentiment, inquiry category, purchase intent)
- Lead capture data (name, email, phone) if voluntarily provided by the visitor
Note: Anonymous chatbot sessions contain no personally identifiable information unless the visitor voluntarily shares it during the conversation.

2. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Hawil AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your Google user data to third parties or use it for serving advertisements.

- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- Deleted contacts: Soft-deleted contacts are permanently removed after 7 days
- Conversation transcripts: Automatically purged after 365 days (summaries and analytics are preserved)
- Billing records: Retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
You can request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide our services, we use third-party providers in the following categories:
- Database hosting and authentication: For secure data storage and user authentication
- AI and voice processing: For voice conversations and AI analysis
- Email delivery: For sending account notifications and communications
- Payment processing: For handling subscription payments (when applicable)

8. Your Rights & Data Deletion
