Hawil AI is a conversational AI platform with a built-in microCRM. Our AI agent, Sana, handles voice calls, text chats, and customer interactions — from recruiting interviews to sales lead qualification to customer feedback collection — all from a single dashboard called the Control Center.
Sana is your AI-powered team member. She conducts natural voice conversations over real phone calls, handles text chats, remembers returning contacts through the built-in microCRM (Sana Pulse), and integrates with tools like HubSpot, Shopify, and Calendly.
Sana supports 6 use cases: Recruiting (candidate screening), Campaigns (outbound marketing calls), Feedback (customer satisfaction collection), Billing (inbound billing inquiries), Leads (sales lead qualification), and General Q&A (answering any business inquiry). She's available 24/7 and speaks multiple languages.
After signing up, you'll complete a quick Business Setup (about 2 minutes). Enter your business details and website URL — Sana reads your website pages and auto-generates a business description. Then you can launch your first AI agent from the Control Center.
No. Sana conducts natural voice conversations — not robotic scripts. She adapts her tone and approach based on the conversation type (e.g., warm and empathetic for feedback, professional for recruiting). She never over-commits or makes binding decisions without your approval.
Sana Pulse is Hawil's built-in microCRM. Every call and chat automatically creates a contact record. Sana tracks sentiment, scores leads, suggests follow-ups, and maintains a complete interaction history — so you never lose track of a customer or lead.
Hawil natively integrates with HubSpot, Shopify, and Calendly. Sana can look up orders, schedule appointments, update your CRM, and more — all during live conversations. You can also connect to 6,000+ tools via Zapier.
Yes. Sana handles both inbound calls (customers calling your business) and outbound calls (campaigns, follow-ups, recruiting screens). You can also embed a text chat widget on your website for real-time customer support.
Yes. Hawil uses enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with row-level security for strict data isolation. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth for secure, password-less login. Pricing & Billing
All billing and payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you subscribe to a plan, Stripe handles the transaction — Hawil does not store your credit card number, CVV, or any sensitive payment details on our servers. Your payment information is managed entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Hawil offers multiple tiers to fit different business sizes: The Intern (starter), The Specialist (most popular), The Team, and Enterprise. Each tier includes a set amount of free call minutes and chat sessions per month, with pay-as-you-go rates for additional usage. Visit our Pricing page for current rates.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Billing & Usage in your Control Center and click "Manage Subscription" — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Absolutely. You can switch between tiers at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Click "Manage Subscription" or "Edit Subscription" from your Billing & Usage page. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated), and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
No. Hawil never stores your credit card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. Your card information is encrypted and stored exclusively by Stripe.
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge. You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment. You can update your payment method through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your Billing & Usage page) to resolve the issue.
Each plan includes free call minutes and chat sessions per month. Usage beyond the included amount is charged at per-minute (voice) and per-session (chat) rates based on your tier. New users receive introductory credits to try Hawil before subscribing.
Purchased credits are non-refundable and should be used while your subscription is active. Credits are not refunded upon subscription cancellation. For billing inquiries, please contact us at team@hawil.ai or submit feedback through our Contact page.
Your usage summary (credits, call minutes, chat sessions) is displayed on the Control Center dashboard and the Billing & Usage page. For detailed invoices and payment history, click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe Customer Portal.
Your Security Matters
